Our team serves Watchung's tree-lined neighborhoods with custom lighting designs that complement the community's mix of colonial, contemporary, and traditional architecture. Local expertise
We provide comprehensive holiday lighting services throughout Watchung, covering all residential areas within the borough's 6.1 square miles. Our service area includes properties along Johnston Drive, Valley Road, and Mountain Boulevard, as well as the neighborhoods surrounding Lake Watchung and the Watchung Reservation borders. Whether your home sits on one of the elevated lots offering views of the Watchung Mountains or in the more densely settled areas near downtown, our installation crews are familiar with the borough's varied terrain and access requirements. We serve all of Watchung's ZIP code 07069 area.
Watchung homes showcase a variety of architectural styles, from mid-century contemporary houses built into hillsides to traditional colonials and newer luxury constructions. We regularly work with the mature oak, maple, and evergreen trees that define the borough's landscape, using techniques that protect bark and branches while creating stunning canopy lighting effects. Many Watchung properties feature significant elevation changes and established landscaping that requires careful planning for power routing and fixture placement. The borough's proximity to the Watchung Reservation means many homes back up to wooded areas, allowing for creative lighting that extends into natural settings while respecting environmental boundaries.
Watchung's elevated terrain and mature tree canopy create unique installation challenges that require experienced crews. Our technicians understand how to work safely on sloped driveways and around the borough's abundant oak, maple, and pine trees without damaging valuable landscaping. We're familiar with Watchung's residential character and design installations that respect property lines and sight lines important to neighbors. The borough's location in the Watchung Mountains means dealing with potentially icy conditions and wind exposure that can affect light displays, which is why we use commercial-grade clips and weather-resistant connections on every installation.

Absolutely. Watchung's location in the Watchung Mountains means many properties have significant grade changes and sloped access. Our crews use specialized equipment for working on inclined driveways and hillside installations. We're experienced in routing power safely across elevation changes and securing displays against the wind exposure that elevated properties can experience. Our installation process accounts for drainage patterns and established grading to protect your landscaping investment.
Tree preservation is crucial in Watchung, where mature oaks, maples, and evergreens define property values and neighborhood character. We use only tree-safe clips and attachment methods that won't damage bark or interfere with branch growth. Our crews are trained to identify healthy attachment points and avoid over-lighting that can stress trees. We work with your existing landscaping rather than around it, creating displays that enhance the natural beauty that makes Watchung properties so desirable.
