Franklin Lakes properties feature extensive mature oak, maple, and pine trees that create stunning backdrops for our lighting installations. The community's architectural mix includes contemporary estates with clean lines and expansive glass, traditional colonials with detailed trim work, and Tudor-style homes with complex rooflines. Many properties feature circular driveways, stone retaining walls, and multi-level landscaping that require custom lighting approaches. We often work with landscape architects and property managers to integrate our seasonal displays with existing hardscape lighting. The wooded setting means careful attention to power requirements, as many installations span significant distances from the main electrical panels to outlying trees and garden areas that define these substantial properties.
Franklin Lakes' mature tree canopy and substantial lot sizes require experienced installation teams who understand estate-scale projects. Our technicians know how to work around the borough's extensive wooded areas without damaging valuable specimen trees or disturbing carefully maintained landscapes. We're familiar with the local terrain challenges, from sloping driveways to properties set back from the road. Our commercial-grade equipment handles the scale of Franklin Lakes homes, and we coordinate timing to respect the quiet residential character of this community. We also understand the importance of discrete equipment placement to maintain the refined aesthetic that Franklin Lakes homeowners expect year-round.
